From our initial contact I will be with you all the way on your journey to releasing equity. Initially, I will establish your needs and reasons for wanting Equity Release, from there I will work with you to create a personal solution and ensure you can make informed choices. This does not end once we apply for your equity release loan, as I will be on hand to guide you through the whole process, explaining every step clearly.
Appointments are tailored to your comfort, face-to-face meetings, or perhaps an initial chat on the phone or even with Zoom or Skype! I'd also love for your family to be involved in our meetings (if you are comfortable doing so). Ultimately I offer a personal and professional service, without any pressure.
